The contract, signed by company
and customer at the time of delivering the vehicle, shows the
terms and conditions of the rental. |

CarMalaga provides your vehicle
right to you as you arrive to Malaga Airport. |

Our representatives
will be waiting for you at Malaga airport just after customs
and just after the first electric door, on the right hand side
and holding up a signboard with your name on it. >

Our rates include: insurance,
airport taxes, unlimited mileage, one additional driver, and
insurance. |
|
Please note that there are some
cases which are not covered by any insurance: Lost of keys,
damage to the underside of the vehicle, damage to radio-cd or
upholstery, use of wrong fuel, damage to wheels and glasses,
driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, lost or stolen
car parts (spare tyre, jacket...etc., any damages that are not
on an accident report). Optional additional
insurance for tyres and glasses: 3€ per day (minimum 9€, maximum 36 euros). |

You dont have to pay anything
when you make your online booking, you only need your credit
card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) at your arrival. |

An additional driver is free. |

Fuel policy: The car will be delivered full of petrol and a full tank of fuel must be paid at the begining of the rental period (the price of fuel varies according to the make and model of the car and the prevailing fuel prices)
The car should be returned as empty as possible and no refunds will be made for unused fuel. If the rental is for 3 days or less, the car must be returned with the same amount of petrol that it had when it was delivered.

You must be at least 21 to rent
a Group A, B, B1, C, D, D1, E and M. 23 for Groups F, F1, F2
and G. 25 for Groups H, I K and P. And 30 for the rest. |

Traffic fine negotiation fee
is 30€. |

are for the current month and are based upon the lowest fare
