Bilbao Guggenheim Museum - MUSEUM SERVICES

Advance Ticket Sales*
- Purchase tickets for a specific future date at the museum ticket window.
Once tickets are issued, no refunds will be made.
- Tickets may be purchased through the BBK's Teleka and la Caixa's
Servicaixa systems. Present these tickets at the special admissions desk for
museum members.
- To purchase tickets for groups of more than 20, call 94 435 90 23,
Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Guided Tours
The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao offers visitors the chance to enjoy guided tours of the museum's architecture, permanent collection, and temporary exhibitions.
- Free guided tours: Visit the Information Desk for information about tour
times and admission procedures. No reservations are accepted.
- Booked guided tours: Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance so that the Visitor Services Department can adjust tours to the interests and needs of each group. For reservations, call +34 94 435 90 90 or fax +34 94 435 90 40.

Audio Guides
Audio guides are hand-held devices that enable visitors to roam freely through the museum while listening to explanations about the architecture of the building, the permanent collection, and temporary exhibitions. They can be rented at the audio-guide desk, which is just inside the the museum atrium entrance. For small groups of visitors. audio guides are a perfect alternative to guided tours.

Group Admissions
For groups with reservations, there is a special entrance on the side of the building that faces the river. Groups of more than 20 people must request authorization from Group Admissions by calling +34 94 435 90 23, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Cafe
Located inside the museum, the cafe provides the public with a place to enjoy refreshments and rest during their visit to the museum.

Restaurant
The Guggenheim Bilbao Restaurant, run by an expert staff who works under the direction of esteemed chef Martin Berasategui, offers visitors a chance to try one of the most exciting selections of Basque cuisine today. Restaurant hours and access are independent of the museum. The restaurant includes a tapas bar, a fixed-price menu. and a la carte cuisine, as well as outdoor eating on a magnificent terrace during the summer. The museum recommends that visitors make reservations well in advance by calling +34 94 423 93 33.

Museum Store
The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Store offers a wide selection of innovative merchandise associated with the museum's activities, including art books and magazines, exhibition catalogues, engravings, posters, postcards, jewelry, accessories, scarves, and T-shirts. The store is open during museum hours.

Coatroom
The museum has a coatroom where overcoats, umbrellas, large bags. and briefcases. may be left. In order to ensure good service on rainy or high-visitation days. only umbrellas and bags over 40 x 40 cm will be checked. At the coatroom desk, which also serves as the museum's lost-and-found. visitors may request wheelchairs free of charge.
