This gallery at the Palau de la Virreina is devoted to the art of photography, in memory of one of Barcelona's greatest and most renowned photographers: Xavier Miserachs (Barcelona, 1937 - 1998). FOTOMERCE Until 17th October Exhibition of photographs by Tino Soriano, the official photographer for the 2003 Merce Festival, shown alongside the prize-winning and shortlisted photos from the popular photographic competition held during the 2003 festival. ANGEL'S FLIGHT Photographs by Valentin Vallhonrat 1st December - 20th February Presentation of the latest works by the renowned and prestigious photographer Valentin Vallhonrat, which focuses on sacred sites around the world. FORCANO March - May 2005 Photographs of Barcelona in the fifties, sixties and seventies, taken by the important Catalan photographer, as well as reproductions of covers from the magazine Destino produced by him during this period.
